Ciara and Paris Hilton partied the night away at Timbaland’s 38th birthday party last night (April 28th). The pair joined the likes of Brandy, Ray J, Justin Timberlake, and Interscope head Jimmy Iovine, to help the hitmaker celebrate at Drai’s at The W Hotel Hollywood.
