Apple Vs HTC: HTC Say They Will “Fully Defend Itself”

Just when we thought that HTC weren’t going to battle it out in the courts with Apple over the patent infringements, HTC have revealed in an a full statement to Engadget that whilst it ‘strongly advocates intellectual property protection’ it disagrees with Apple’s actions and will ‘fully defend itself’.

Now, this isn’t HTC official reply to Apple’s patent lawsuit and nor does it suggest that it is looking to fight it out in court but it these words of ‘fully defend itself’ which show that HTC are unlikely to take this matter lying down and are showing their full fighting spirit.
